Walking into Qianfu Packaging’s production workshop, the first thing that catches the eye is 400 neatly arranged circular looms, which are the core equipment for PP woven bag production. Their quantity and scale are in a leading position in the industry. The performance of circular looms directly determines the density uniformity and tensile strength of woven fabrics. The high-specification circular looms selected by Qianfu Packaging adopt advanced servo control systems, which can accurately control the warp and weft density, ensuring that the grammage error of each meter of woven fabric is controlled within ±2g, far better than the industry average of ±5g. Whether producing conventional ordinary woven bags or high-demand coated woven bags, this set of circular looms can achieve stable and efficient production. If circular looms are the “core heart”, then the drawing production lines are the “raw material blood-making station”. Qianfu Packaging is equipped with 8 advanced drawing production lines, which are responsible for processing PP granular raw materials into high-quality flat filaments. As a key front-end process in woven bag production, the quality of flat filaments directly affects the effects of subsequent weaving, coating and other processes. Qianfu’s drawing production lines adopt automatic temperature control systems, which can accurately adjust the heating temperature and stretching speed according to the characteristics of different grades of PP raw materials. The produced flat filaments have a breaking strength of more than 8.0N/tex and an elongation at break controlled between 15% and 25%, fully meeting the requirements of first-class products in the national standard GB/T 8946-2013. The 8 production lines operate in parallel, with a daily output of 30 tons of flat filaments, which can not only meet their own production needs but also provide high-quality raw material support for some cooperative enterprises.

In terms of improving the functional performance of packaging products, coating production lines play a crucial role. Qianfu Packaging is equipped with 1 outer coating production line and 1 inner coating production line, which are specially used to produce coated woven bags with special properties such as waterproof, moisture-proof and acid-alkali resistance. The outer coating production line uses environmentally friendly PP coating materials and forms a uniform coating on the surface of woven fabrics through a roll coating process. The coating thickness can be adjusted between 0.05mm and 0.2mm according to customer needs. The woven bags treated with outer coating have a waterproof grade of IPX5, which can effectively protect the internal goods even in heavy rain.

The flexographic printing machines adopt water-based ink printing technology, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, with a printing resolution of up to 300dpi, which can clearly present complex corporate logos and product information. The maximum number of printing colors can reach 6, meeting the diverse needs of customers for packaging appearance. The offset printing bag production line, on the other hand, realizes integrated production of printing and bag making for high-end packaging needs, reducing intermediate transfer links. In addition to the above core production equipment, Qianfu Packaging is also equipped with 3 PE film production lines, 20 automatic cutting machines, 15 automatic hemming machines, 18 wireless sewing machines, 12 sewing machines and more than 100 auxiliary equipment, forming a full-process production system covering “raw material processing – weaving – coating – printing – bag making – finished product inspection”. The automatic cutting machine adopts laser positioning technology with a cutting accuracy of ±1mm, effectively reducing material waste. The automatic hemming machine realizes integrated operation of hemming and edge pressing, improving the flatness of the bag mouth by 40%. The wireless sewing machine adopts ultrasonic welding technology, which improves the weld strength by 30% compared with traditional sewing processes and avoids the problem of thread falling off.
